please clap is an OC-based band inspired by Disco-House while mixing soulful analog synthesizers, driving beats, and spaced out vocals.

Their songs are inspired by growth in both relationships and self, the intimacy of touch, and the feeling of falling in love. Combining the nostalgic sounds of 70s funk and Y2K disco-house with modern production, their sound is the perfect fit for daytime pool parties, sunset drives and making out on the beach.

Formed in the summer of 2025, the band, comprising of artists Whitney Antwine and Preston Walker, found both peace and stability in the studio. This journey led to the creation of their moonshadows EP which defined their unique sound as a relaxed, soft, sexy, driving, and loungey vibe.
